Submissions

• Download the templates for LaTeX or MS Word
• Compose a two-page abstract coping with the formatting guidelines
• Compile/print your abstract to a PDF file
• Submit your abstract using the Easy Chair platform:
  • Create an EasyChair account (skip this step if you already have one)
  • To submit a contribution to the conference's main stream select track ROADEF 2012; otherwise select the track that corresponds to your preferred special session (see program - French only - to verify the scope)
  • To be nominated to the "Jeune Chercheur" (young researcher) award check the box "Postuler au prix Jeune Chercheur". Remember that a contribution nominated for the award is expected to be a 4-page extended abstract (instead of a 2-page)
  • Submit your contribution before January the 9th 2012.
